Express UK Delivery 

Express delivery is charged at £5.99

  • Please note an order placed on a Bank Holiday will not be shipped until the next working day, meaning it may take longer for your order to arrive. 
      • You will be able to track your order. Once we ship your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking number.
      • Our Express UK delivery partner is DPD. This may differ if you have ordered from one of our dropship partnered brands. This will not affect your delivery time, it will just mean the delivery partner may be different. Rest of World delivery is charged at £35

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Know The Origin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges

Please let us know if you would like to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with the information required. You will then have a further 14 days in which to return your unworn item(s) with the original tags and packaging. Please don't forget to include the information we ask for in your return.  

Please retain your delivery receipt from sending the item back for proof of postage in case of it not arriving to us. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item, and when we have processed your return / exchange. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the final refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note Know the Origin does not cover the cost of postage for returned items.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. 

Please note that some items can’t be returned for refunds due to hygiene and customer safety these include:

Cosmetic products - if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.
Underwear - does not include bra’s if labels are still intact.
Swimwear - taken out of protective bag or any labels have been broken.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you.

Received a faulty product

We are very sorry to hear you have found your product to be faulty in some way. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible via email, and we can give you clear instructions of how to move forward. 

If you could please attach photos of the damage along with a description of the issue.

Faulty products are dealt with case-by-case due to differing circumstances requiring differing outcomes. However, we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
