You can wear these for up to 24hrs if needed but recommendation is max about 12hrs, for hygiene reasons and ultimate comfort. Holding around 60ml of period flow which is around 12 tampons worth. These have a high gusset which is leak proof and breathable, just wear, wash and reuse.
